1, BYD roller veneer dryer drum works
Veneer in two steel clamping down through the preheat tube under warm temperatures to steel and veneer line; and then into the drying drum rapid drying between, it can dry the veneer flat, uniform moisture content , drying quality and drying efficiency is greatly enhanced; and have direct contact with high temperature heat transfer drum and single board, high thermal efficiency, heat loss, greatly reduce the heat loss characteristics.
Drying System
The drying machine is the most scientific principles, using centrifugal fan directly to the hot gas within the hot air into the bellows up and down the machine, the hot air through the nozzle bellows up and down to the way high-speed hot air jet, the hot air jet to the operation single board, the next two sides, the jet stream can break through the veneer surface, the pressure of saturated water vapor layer, thus accelerating heat transfer and improve the speed and efficiency of drying. Rational arrangement of the nozzle to make veneer heat evenly, so as to effectively prevent the deformation of single board, to achieve the best drying results.
Transmission
Sliced veneer vertical from the inlet into the machine, driven by the chain up and down two rows of rollers, the relative running, weight in the last roll forward under the pressure of veneer, veneer and through the two rollers, while the upper and lower nozzle, to bake the effect of dry and ironed, so this machine dried veneer was smooth, no trace.
